All
So I just had a meeting with DT M on escalation:

Do we have any more scheduled call this week for DT C - CSC? I see no in my calender.

A first agenda issue is to accept Donnas draft charter,

A second is to accept escalation process outlined

A third, and main issue is *who* is eligible to file complaint in the 2 step 2: Customer Service Complaint Resolution Process. Would just anyone (All) be allowed to file such a complaint to CSC, or should only direct customers? In the meeting 20 minutes ago I just presented your (Martins) argument of giving the IFO too much attention, however not all benevolent received.
I promised Chuck to get back on this to DT M a.s.a.p. What do the group think?

Grace:
If not, could you please try with another doodle for Wednesday or Thursday?

Hopefully we'll be able to resolve these wordings before Friday!
:)

I'm afraid I cannot do this call, but have marked up v0.2 with comments as my contribution. Generally a good direction, so thanks Donna & Staffan! I find the remedial action section does not really meet the thinking that we've put in on remedial action and I also am concerned at the workload on the CSC (taking responsibility for, without any real power or skills to resolve, issues?).

I have suggested that any escalation should be initially to the ccNSO & GNSO and should then move into the mechanisms [to be] identified by the CWG-accountability. Can we go firm on this sort of approach, please?

Hope this helps

Martin

Are other members available for a call tomorrow?

I'm available Tuesday UTC 1400

I will before then post a proposal for bridging DT C - CSC with DT M - escalation. Proposal is based on a process approach (as proposed by Kurt), and includes CSC role.

Hi All

My first draft of a possible Charter for the CSC forwarded for comment and consideration. I've tried to keep this lean and relatively high-level. I'm still not sure of some of our inter-dependencies and did wonder about the development of service level targets and whether this should be part of the CSC's responsibilities as well. Anyway, I look forward to your respective feedback. I'm happy for someone to drop this into Google docs - as you know I'm not very proficient in its use otherwise I would have done so.

I think I said on our last call that we should aim to have a call tomorrow, but unfortunately I did not follow through to set this up.

Would everyone be available for a call at UTC 1400 on Tuesday, 7 April?

Thanks

Donna
