I will compile my comments and share them in a separate message .. Meanwhile I thought to acknowledge receipt and thank you very much for your efforts ..

One general comment for now .. I think the majority of the excellent success criteria you're listing are either from a GAC perspective or a GNSO one .. I think we will also need to think about success criteria from the perspective of our joint consultation group .. In other words: 
- Did the work of the CG and the suggested mechanisms facilitate GAC early engagement in the GNSO PDP? 
- If not, why? (i.e. try to identify the problem) .. If yes, then did the GNSO find this useful in their deliberations? Did this help converge views on certain topics of common interest?
- ....

Does this make sense or is it out of context ?

Attached to this email, you will find some thoughts on possible criteria for measuring success of the recommendations we made regarding the GAC's early engagement in the issue scoping phase of a GNSO PDP.
