[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Use cases

Thanks for pointing to this Marika.  Then ALAC Liaison to the GNSO - and
current ALAC Chair - Alan Greenberg marshalled the ALAC's position and
chaired that WG.

I'm sure Alan would be willing to offer any additional insights as
Stephanie might wish.
