[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Contractibility, PBC and required contact methods....

Ultimately, we seem to move away from "corner cases". At least many
arguments where certain information is not available or does not make
sense are described as such and dismissed.

Requiring an address for legal service seems like another corner case,
as only a very small minority of all registrations will ever result in
legal service or process to be necessary. So do we want to include or
exclude corner cases?

Also note that many other real-world examples where legal service or
process may become necessary do not have a whois-like database in place
for easy reference, yet legal service of process still occurs. Those
serving the process just have to investigate a bit more deeply on where
and to whom to serve the process.

Best,

Volker
