HoneyPot a phone number ;)

Abuse is a secondary issue IMHO, and any form of abuse should be tackled 
in a separate method, IMHO opinion, and is not germane to whether the 
data should be published.  There will always be criminal activity, and 
phone numbers can be gathered in a lot of other ways..
