Hello everyone,

I am looking forward in working with all of you on this relevant issue.

I am the Internet Policy consultant at the e-Commerce Institute (the Latin
American Institute of eCommerce), a network of e-Commerce Chambers from
many countries in Latin America. In that capacity I joined the Business
Constituency at ICANN in 2011 and in 2013-15 I was elected to serve at the
GNSO Council representing the BC.

I am a partner at Rotman, Szlak & Lerman

focused in representing clients on trademarks, technology
​, e-commerce​
 and Internet issues. I
​ am also a registered Mediator.
I
specialize in

 online trademark issues, domain names disputes
​, e-commerce contracts, and complex
litigation for foreign and local clients. My Law Firm has recently joined
INTA where I am a member of the Internet Committee.

Last but not least, I am the CEO and co-founder at Pactanda
<https://www.pactanda.com/#/>, a start up based in Chile and Argentina (so
far) that focuses on Online Dispute Resolution for e-commerce and other
industries.

I am very interested as a Latin American attorney and as an Online Dispute
Resolution enthusiast and expert in helping RMPs become not only a viable
but also a more known and accesible alternative tool to expensive
litigation.
