Thank you for the reply

The concern is really to have some flexibility of amount of days for
reading according to the number of candidates. If this can be inferred from
the text, it would be good.

I'm not sure yet when is this reading period outlined in the timeline. I
understand organization of materials and survey has staff oversight but
there is a period where we read candidates' materials in order to answer
the survey so maybe that could be outlined.

As for business/working days, I remembered these can be different depending
on which part of the world one is in so maybe just days is fine.

I could not locate the specific amendments on the text, maybe we can
discuss them over the call.
