[ioepanel] followup from the teleconference

hi all,

this is the little blog post i mentioned on the call today.

i think what struck me was the “entanglement” aspect of this — and that while we certainly need to also entangle the people at the bottom of all the other bottom-up processes.

this might also reduce friction and release tensions as the people across the various organizations got to know each better.
