All,

As a follow up to the email below and per the request today please find a
Google doc per  issue with the exception of the timing issues at

anyone with the above URL should be able to access and edit these docs.

​They include one document per each of the following which you can edit:

   - ​
   Types of hearings - 5
   - Consolidation, Intervention and Joinder - 5
   - Translation and Interpretation- 4
   - Discovery, evidence, statements - 4
   - Applied Retroactively to all Pending - 3
   - Panel Conflic of Interest - 3
   - Notice - 2
   - Rewriting Consensus Policy - 2
   - Standing - Materially Affected - 2
   - Other

​I have included the material from the spreadsheet into each of these to
facilitate the work in addition to providing a template to follow as a
sugestion.

Comments appreciated.

If you wish to work on a topic please advise the IOT list that you will do
so to avoid duplication.

If you pick a topic and cannot use Google Docs please contact me and I will
forward you a Word version via email.

​It would be great if all the topics could be chosen by participants early
- If you look at the documents you will see that some of these are very
straightforward and should not require more than a few hours of an
individuals time to complete and be ready to present to the IOT.
