[IOT] IRP IOT meeting this coming Friday

Dear members of the IRP IOT:

Our next meeting is this coming Friday at 13:00 UTC. I am hoping we have a good turnout - especially in light of the cancelation of the last meeting.

And I will include in agenda a discussion about meeting times given the apparent drawbacks to meeting Fridays at this time - we have constraints due to limited space but Bernie and I will address and look for feedback.

In addition, I have taken a pass at two informational letters for us to ok sending out - one to SOs/ACs and one to customers of PTI services to let them both know of calls for their input respecting the new IRP - would like to review/discuss/ and possibly approve Friday. They are both attached.

And finally, the agenda has room to discuss the timing issue that we asked Sidley for advice about. I sent you a copy of Sidley's advice last Friday, Jan. 6th.
