[Latingp] Notes from the F2F meeting, March 14th, Copenhagen

Thanks Mirjana, my understanding from the session online is that some rules
(ie restrictions) are currently being established, which will be
implemented further on. The members of the Latin GP are establishing the
rules and the observers-volunteers will provide feedback and get involved
at the testing stage, as well.  Is this correct?
