[ME ICANN] Montreal ME Space statement first draft for your comment : MEAC or ME Space??

Dear All,
One issue that Foad puts forward on the google document and I think is worth discussing on the list is whether it should be the ME Space or the MEAC Space, some of the contributors to the document are from the wider ME east – the MEAC region.

So my question to the list should it be the MEAC Space or the ME Space and why?
