[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] Terms of Reference and Workplan

Jean-Baptiste,

My request was based on the sections in the ToR which reads "The 
Review Team will engage in dialog with the dedicated ICANN Board 
Caucus Group; for example, when the Review Team reaches a milestone 
and could benefit from feedback on agreed scope or any 
recommendations under development to address that scope." (It occurs 
three times, twice with this exact wording and once with slightly 
different wording but the same intent.)

At a recent plenary meeting, I raised the question of whether we 
should pass the ToR to the Caucus group for their comments prior to 
formal submission to the Board. Chris agreed that it was a good idea 
and I believe we decided to do just that. I do not know if it was 
recorded as a formal decision the RT, but I am sure it was discussed. 
I think it was at the meeting of 20 November. I tried to verify in 
the transcript but unfortunately it is not posted to the meeting 
agenda (the Observer Chat is replicated under the transcript link).
