[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] Meeting with ICANN Contractual Compliance and ICANN GDD

Dear Alan,

Following up on the discussion on plenary call #39 regarding setting up a meeting with ICANN Contractual Compliance and ICANN GDD in Los Angeles, we are working with both departments to identify a way to provide information in an effective way which might eliminate the need for a face-to-face meeting.

In the meantime, it was kindly suggested that the review team listens to the recorded webinar on Phase 2 Cycle 4 report to indicate the areas where further discussions and clarifications are needed.
