Please find attached some possible diagrams we could add. You will need to copy them into your format – sorry, I didn't manage to get rid of the Commission footer when putting the diagrams in ppt. ☺

As for the presentation, I'm happy to take any part of it, or, if you think it better suited, to sit and watch and contribute where needed. Alan, perhaps you would want to do the first part of the slides in any case, as the chair.

Slide 9: Added origin of rejected issues.

Slide 16 under P/P replaced "and has ciloketed?" with "and now completed."

Slide 19 Safeguard: Changed reference to "first WHOIS" to Pre-GDPR WHOIS.

I would break the 2nd item on slide 39 should be broken into two. Once for ICANN63 Engagement session and a second (with the phone logo) to schedule a conference call or meeting.

We will need to decide on which Recs to highlight if we have time to do so (and not sufficient questions).

Let's discuss on call tomorrow and then put out a call to RT for who will be on the calls.

However, Alan said it was decided that you would accept requests to talk to individual AC/SOs but you would not proactively offer that, as the agenda will be very tight. We looked into the decisions reached but have no recollection that the RT would not proactively offer a meeting to AC/SOs at ICANN63. Looking at the review team engagement plan, it was planned that the review team would send a note to suggest a face-to-face update. Can you please confirm how you want to proceed for ICANN63 SO/ACs engagement sessions?
