Do you mean rzerc at icann.org?  I'm not sure the mailing list is configured to accept emails from non-RZERC members, and I'm not sure we want to receive such emails there.  IMO Mario's address is acceptable and appropriate for now.

I wasn't sure about using 'consensus' there.  Noting that 'agreement' isn't defined either, I'm okay with saying 'agreement' instead of '$adjective consensus'.
