[technology taskforce] TTF proposal to ICANN for FY17 - Fixing the bugs in ICANN’s machine translation tool used for the LACRALO mailing lists

As a tool that is useful to a significant section of the At-Large
community, it is indeed surprising that ICANN has not considered completing
this work on priority basis. I get the feeling that the TTF has been forced
to submit this proposal.

I support the proposal and hope that it gets funded. I wonder what would
happen if funding is refused...
