Hi Folks,

We received today, Monday, September 12, 2011, notification that the changes to the Newfoundland Standard Time Act have been proclaimed.  The change in the Act stipulates that the change from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time and from Standard Time to Daylight Savings Time now occurs at 2:00AM. 

I have included the text of the statute (URL http://www.assembly.nl.ca/legislation/sr/annualstatutes/2011/1106.chp.htm)  and the official proclamation from THE NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR GAZETTE.

Please update the TZ database to reflect this proclaimed change.
