[UA-discuss] Universal implementation of RFC 8369

Hi,

I thought it might be useful to draw attention to RFC 8369, and
observe that if it is widely deployed the common URI presentations
will probably end up with square brackets in them, in order to mark
the entry as an address rather than a host name.  Clearly, we need to
get to work on fixing the URI definition.

Sorry I missed posting this yesterday, however.
