Patrick,
I honestly don't know enough about the public comments handling process
to be able to respond intelligently. It was not one (of the many)
things that I looked at when I was on the Board, although I did flag it
when I was on the Board's Public Participation Committee as something
that I thought should be looked at, because it did seem to me to be very
"Vogon" (1) style communication, and that it would benefit from an
effective reach-out process whenever anything was published for public
comment.
Perhaps we could have a chat off-line about this ? I understood that
work was being done to review the whole public comment process, but I
have no idea where that has got to.
