[IAG-WHOIS conflicts] Launch of IAG-WHOIS Conflicts

Hi to all,

Some of us are quite new to the process of how such advisory groups work.
Could an experienced member briefly outline the steps we will be following?
I assume that conference calls would form a major component of the
deliberations.
