I assume that it will follow a similar modus operandi to other ICANN groups. So it should be a combination of calls and emails. I'd also assume that there are timelines and specific deliverables, though ICANN staff should be able to provide clearer guidance in this

We are not talking about any 'conflicts'. We are talking about how ICANN implements its statutory obligation to respect local laws.
