Hi Ed, all:

I agree we are in a bit of a bind here. We have to test where we are at,
notwithstanding where we are with the legal advisors.

Can we reframe the question for that item, something like this:

"Is there at least one mechanism that WP1 would be comfortable with at this
point?"

If we can rule any out, at the least, that helps.

I don't think I have a choice but to propose a work plan notwithstanding
where legal is at. But I will simply do it at a very high outline level, so
we can amend if required following the legal call and following our own
call.
