Hi,

Well that is what the first line says.

The second two paragraphs are the wiggle words people have insisted on
as a price for allowing the first sentence in.

I would be happier with just that sentence, but if the wiggle words of
the second two paragraphs are the necessary price we have to pay  to get
the one important sentence in, i can live with them.
