I hope this email finds you well. Please find underneath and attached
the proposed agenda.

1. Administrivia
	Roll call, absentees, SoIs, etc
2. Analysis and discussion on the progress of the drafting team working
on the new proposal for FoI
	a.‘within the scope of its Mission’
	b.‘within the scope of other Core Values’
	c.‘respecting’
	d. ‘internationally recognized human rights’
	e. ‘as required by applicable law’

Please find also attached the current version of the working document.
The drafting team is still working on the document, so I will send an
updated version tomorrow. You can find the most recent version here:

The document is cleaned up and should be much easier to follow.

The first column indicated the concept for which a framework of
interpretation is offered.

The second column is the Proposed Commentary that is currently under
discussion (excluding bracketed text)

The third column is the discussion column with expansions, bracketed
text and discussions on and of the Proposed Commentary in the second column.
