[Ws2-hr] Letter from the Board on Human Rights

So is the Board saying, "Tell us the impact of complying with the Framework of Interpretation" before we implement it?  In other words, are they saying that when the recommendation to implement the FOI comes to the Board, they want to know the impact on ICANN operations (and costs) before they adopt the FOI?  ( I am not sure I understand what they are saying if this is not it.)

Hi,

On this, is the Organization providing a liaison to the group in order to coordinate their implementation impact assessment with the completion of the work of this subgroup.  Alternatively, and perhaps additionally, is the subgroup invited to liaise with the staff group doing the implementation impact assessment?
