[Ws2-hr] Proposed Agenda FIRST READING considerations document March 21 19:00 UTC

My full support to what Greg just said. I couldn't attend the call due
to other obligations, but I am puzzled with the suggestion to send a
document to a non-participant - who never contributed to the work of the
group - before sending it to the plenary. What exactly is going to be
achieved by this? Ms. Ramasastry can join the group now (as far as I
understand we are open to participation at any stage), or she can choose
to submit her comments in the public comment period. Anything else is
the obstruction of the process.

Cheers

Tanya
