[CCWG-Accountability] Work Streams definition

Dear All,
Dear Tijani,
I do not understand what do we mean by " New Defintion"Where it comes from ?
Are we allowed to modify charter?
>From the practical and logical view points, the language used in Charter is
quite logical and correct.
I therefore have certain difficulties for new suggestion
