[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG-Accountability - WS2 Presentation for meeting tomorrow - Minor corrections

To echo Thomas a bit - this is a proposal your cochairs and
rapporteurs have fleshed out with staff to identify the resources needed
for WS2 based on some assumptions about how the work will be done.

Today we can discuss how the work is done and the resources required. That
then will give everyone some clarity about the budget needed for next year.

Nothing is set in stone right now.

Cheers
Jordan
