[Accred-Model] Time-Sensitive - 4/13/18 deadline to comment on accreditation model

Please let me know as soon as possible today if tomorrow's deadline to
comment can be formally extended by one week to take into account the
letter from the  ARTICLE 29 Data Protection Working Party to ICANN that
just became available.
