Please limit the increase in fees per year.  If a domain is already paid
for, fees should be kept as it until renewal.  A better explanation of the
purpose for the upgraded fees should be posted along with a plan for how
they will be used.  Expenses go up with time and perhaps its time to
increase again, however, the sheer number and increase in said number of
registered domains should allow cost growth to be limited in nature. 

 

Perhaps heavy fees could be added to the cost of third party domain sales,
meaning one company is buying a domain from another company(and/or party),
meaning any sales not involving domain registrars like godaddy and
namecheap.

 

Lets not force small shops to shoulder the burden of maintaining text files.
