Dear Sir/Madam,

I am extremely concerned about this amendment to the Registry Agreement.

Self employed people, charities and tiny sturtups. will find this a huge burden that could render the internet only accessible to medium and large corporations, therefore undemocratic.

If this had been the way from the beginning of the internet, this would have been just the way it is, but, to start enforcing it today is not acceptable.

Keep domains accessible to individuals and small businesses.
