Dear PTI Board,

The ccNSO SOPC is grateful for the opportunity to review and comment on the draft PTI Strategic Plan for 2021-2024.

After a careful assessment, we believe that the Plan is relevant and coherent, and it meets the community's expectations. We commend the PTI team for making it concise and easy to grasp.

We would like to suggest to rephrase the PTI's objectives by replacing the verbs with nouns to better distinguish the objectives from the actions and means to achieve them.

As ever, the SOPC remains available to further support the shaping of any future plan.
