[council] Meeting the ICANN CEO & Board in Buenos Aires

Hi Jonathan,

with the view of the Montevideo declaration, I think it would be 
interesting if Fadi could detail his vision for the future of ICANN and 
the role of the multi-stakeholder model in its current interpretation in 
the international context. While this was already the topic at a recent 
telephone conference between the stakeholder groups, the GNSO and the 
CEO, it may be helpful to deep dive a bit more at this meeting.
