I am painfully aware of suffering from sleep deprivation, but I don't quite
see how that addresses the issue of NCA's. As the NCA's don't belong to
any of the officially recognized stakeholder groups, it might of course be
possible for one of the stakeholder groups to nominate/select one of NCA's,
but the NCA's themselves could not nominate anyone.
