Dear Councilors,

The following letter the provides an update on the consideration of EPDP Ph1 Recommendation 12 by the Board.

The letter notes that "Board is inclined to accept" Ph1 Rec 12 and "would like to confirm whether [the 7 assumptions provided in the letter align] with the Council's understanding of the Supplemental Recommendation [12]."

Ph1 Rec 12 is on today's agenda for our prep session, we'll see how we can do this in a timely manner.
