Dear members of the GNSO Council,

Please find included the Final Report of the CSC Effectiveness Review Team. The team has concluded its work and is pleased to submit its Final Report for your consideration. The team is available to answer any queries you may have with respect to Final Report.

In accordance with the Template for Review, the Final Report and the recommendations contained in the Report will need to be adopted by both the ccNSO and GNSO Councils before they will be transmitted to the CSC and ICANN by the Councils.
