[Gac-gnso-cg] Mikey's unofficial, unedited notes from today's teleconference

We have two topics and two volunteers so far. One from GAC and one from
GNSO - possibly for the same topic?

We did not put a deadline / time for when the leads need to be in place but
agreed the need for speed.

Therefore, I suggest we work to a deadline of tomorrow (midnight UTC) and
then move ahead with the work of the two groups next week.

Thanks,

Jonathan

hi Suzanne,

dang. i just had a brain-dead day yesterday. i put the "early engagement
in the PDP" phrase up in the subject line of my note - i should have
repeated it down in the body. anyway, that's the one i was volunteering to
help with as well - i'm pretty familiar with the PDP. i'm completely
unfamiliar with the issues associated with the "day to day cooperation"
part.

all that said, i'd be completely fine with you as the rapporteur on the
Early Engagement piece. i'll be a really active participant.

but if you wanted, you could switch to Day to Day Cooperation.

thanks,

mikey

Hi all, and many thanks for the exchanges yesterday during our call. I'd be
happy to volunteer to either lead or co-lead (what do you all think of a
GAC-GNSO shared lead?) the second piece of the project, GAC early engagement
in GNSO PDPs. If I've understood Mikey's email properly, he has volunteered
to lead the day to day cooperation element, yes? If not, my apologies.
Best regards, Suz

Many thanks Mikey for volunteering to take notes of yesterday's call and for
sending them so quickly !!

We, Jonathan and I, would like to particularly highlight the following
urgent actions, for those who were not on the call yesterday:

- The deadline for submitting comments on the charter was agreed to
be next Friday, Jan. 10th

- Call for volunteers to lead 2 tracks of work, GAC-GNSO day-to-day
cooperation & GAC Early Engagement in GNSO PDP .. Both agreed to work in
parallel with 2 different leads and the participation of the entire group

Looking forward to receiving comments and welcoming volunteers ..

Kind regards
