Dear All, I  tend to agree ,. in Prinzipale, the argument submitted by OECD.
I have serious concerns about the argument submitted by Paul as this would
not result to resolve this long standing pèroblem
Paul analysis is not fair, it is unilateral  and one sided  approach in
favour of registrant.
We may let UDPR intact and just have IGO PRP.
Paul proposal is disappointing and taker us back to square one
