Phil,

The new financial evaluation model for SubPro doesn't include submitting business details, only certification of them. So a new submission is expected, but it will only contain updated certification for the new business details, not the details per se.

It seems people still think of it using the angle of the 2012 financial evaluation, but this is one area where lot of changes were agreed to by the WG.
