[gtld-tech] Delegated strings: WHOIS & SLAs...

In an ideal world they would all be using _nicname._tcp.tld SRV records:

	jay$ dig +short _nicname._tcp.nz srv
	0 0 43 whois.srs.net.nz.

I've only checked ten and none have it.
