[gtld-tech] ICANN Monthly Reports and the new Registry Agreement

Thank you Alexander.

We submitted the "July" reports using the "old" format.  Since you were
able to submit the reports with the new format, I assume that the service
can handle both formats for the time being.

Again, it would be great if someone from ICANN could confirm if there are
any plans to enforce the new format, and if so, when that will happen.
