[NCAP-Discuss] SAVE THE DATE: NCAP in Cancun

I will be otherwise engaged with the ICANN Academy on 6 March. If
permissible, I will join this meeting remotely or if my schedule were to
change, I will certainly make the effort to attend this meeting in person.
