[NCAP-Discuss] CANCELLED: today's NCAP Discussion Group Teleconference

Dear NCAP Discussion Group,

Due to multiple apologies and scheduling conflicts with our Chairs, today’s NCAP Discussion Group call is CANCELLED.

On behalf of the Admin Committee, they have requested the Discussion Group review the revised Phase 1 report in preparation for discussion at next week’s call on February 5th.  Report is attached and was previously circulated to the list yesterday, by Matt.
