Anne,

I’m sorry for the long delay in responding.  As we get ready for 
taking on our final analysis task I’m just tying up some loose ends.

Having added the recommendations to the notes for the Board questions, I 
want to suggest that we will go over the recommendations the next time 
we review the Board questions.

Speaking personally, I also note that while I agree NCAP should take as 
input to its work the SubPro final report, specifically those elements 
you have excerpted, I’m don’t yet have a suggestion for to address 
the apparent connection.  We could certainly include appropriate 
references and remarks in our report, it’s just that I don’t know if 
there’s a “formal” mechanism for feeding our comments back to the 
GNSO Council.  I’m sure our work won’t go unnoticed there, so 
perhaps there’s no action required from us on this point.  I’m open 
to suggestions of course.
