[Npoc-discuss] Special event for NGOs during ICANN Marrakechmeeting

*Dear Friends

After some consideration, I think we do need to make a either/or choice 
but we can accommodate both events. We should have the"ICANN: The Domain 
Name System and NGOs – How and Why Should NGOs Get Involved" before the 
main meeting and we can have the NGO's as Registrars event as part of 
our constituency day meeting. Does this sound like a good solution?
