[Npoc-discuss] Internet Infrastructure and Sea Level Rise: Food/Question for Thought

It is certainly worthy of discussion, particularly since the people most affected will be those with fewer resources. But one difference is that failure of coastal-based Internet infrastructure has the potential of adversely affecting all users.
