[NPOC-EC] Session in Montreal

Thank you for raising this Joan. We really need to get started on this
planning session asap as we need to get a draft programme out for ICANN by
Sept 4. I am including Heidi and Gisella into this email so that we
remember to include it in the agenda for the Sat and Sun meeting days that
we have for the ALAC.

I'll get Daniel to update me on what was achieved by us all in Kobe and
then we can work on building on this for moving forward. I've been having a
bit of a look at different programmes that can be used and am including a
little video (my first effort using the software so nothing flash) for
APRALO. But perhaps we could develop something similar for NPOC.  Welcome
