[NPOC-EC] Notes from ICANN65 Sessions Attended

Hello everyone,

We were going to take notes on the sessions attended last week and share 
with other community members. Here are the notes from the sessions I was 
able to document:

  * ICANN's Anti-Harassment Policy
  * Evolving the Effectiveness of ICANN's Multistakeholder Model
  * ALAC Universal Acceptance Kickoff

I took sketchy notes on some other sessions, so can't share those yet.

Joan: I saw that you created a Google Docs for the Multistakeholder 
Model session and will add my notes to it.

Caleb: Is it helpful for you to create an account for me so I can upload 
my meeting notes directly to the blog?
