Dear Voting Members:

We would like to validate our new voting method.

Shortly you will receive a ballot asking whether you live in the 
Northern or Southern Hemisphere.  If you're in orbit or don't know, 
use the third option.

After the ballot is sent to our list of voting members, I'll advise 
everyone on this list.  If your voting member does not receive a 
ballot, please advise me and I'll investigate your case.
